“14 Weeks to a Healthier You!” gives you the freedom to set up an exercise and nutrition program that’s right for you—tailored to your individual needs, goals and abilities.
Each week you will receive new material that builds on the previous week. This is a proven program that will increase your physical abilities, fine-tune your nutrition, and reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes and even some cancers.
